- 120g butter melted
- 120g cream cheese softened
- 3 tbs dark cocoa powder
- 2 tbs xylitol, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 oz walnut pieces
- Mix the melted butter and the softened cream cheese until there are no lumps.
- Add the cocoa, xylitol and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
- Add the walnuts and gently mix.
- Place into a lined dish, or plate. Put in the fridge to set.
- Slice and serve.
