1 cup hot fresh brewed coffee
1 TBSP butter
1TBSP coconut oil
1TBSP vanilla extract
5 TBSP gelatin
Sweeten to taste with xylitol or stevia
Blend in your blender until mixed well and frothy. Pour into ice molds and put in the fridge until set (time varies from 20 minutes to 2 hours). Pop out of the molds and store in a tupperware until you are ready to eat them.
