Mix 100g butter (softened) with 3/4 cup xylitol, using a hand blender. Add 2 eggs and whisk until light and fluffy (1 minute). Add 3 mashed bananas slowly (beating after each banana). Then add 1 cup almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 twist of himalayan salt. Beat with electric beater until all well mixed.
Spoon into moulds and bake at 200 for 20 minutes. Deeeelicious!
