3 ingredient “bread” ….. Super duper easy … 4 tblsp coconut flour, 2 eggs and 2 tblsp water … Mix up, roll out, cut into shapes, fry lightly on both sides. Add herbs and garlic for savoury – or 1tsp xylitol and chopped nuts for sweet. Top with cheese for savoury, or nut butter for sweet.

I tried these little beauties yesterday and they are yummy – and super easy to make. 1 cup nut butter ( I used unsweetened peanut butter) 1 cup xylitol 1 egg A grind of Himalayan salt 1 teaspoon vanilla paste/essence Mix all ingredients with a stick blender until smooth.   Bacon, avo and blue cheese salad … (Perfect little appetizer with a sneaky glass of white) Chop up half an avo, then tear up and add half a packet of Proscuitto. Add some crumbly blue cheese. Drizzle some olive oil, crack some salt and pepper over the salad. Voila. Eat!
