Ingredients: 4 ounces dark 70% chocolate 4 ounces cacao butter 3/4 cup roasted, salted almonds, roughly chopped 1/2 cup goji berries 1/4 cup chia seeds Any other superfood additions that tickle your fancy 😊 Directions: Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring, until melted and smooth. Transfer the melted chocolate to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread into a thin layer. 120g butter melted 120g cream cheese softened 3 tbs dark cocoa powder 2 tbs xylitol, to taste 1 tsp vanilla 40g 1.5 oz walnut pieces INSTRUCTIONS Mix the melted butter and the softened cream cheese until there are no lumps. Add the cocoa, xylitol and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add the walnuts and gently mix. Place into a lined dish, or plate. Put in the fridge to set. Slice and serve. Recipe and pic from Ditch the Carbs
